Help to Buy

In recent years, the government's flagship homeownership policy for first time buyers has been Help to Buy, the umbrella name for a number of schemes offered by local agents of the government, Registered Providers and local authorities to help people purchase a home when they would be unable to do so on the open market.  The government has a website with more information here.

In Wiltshire, Help to Buy and other low cost home ownership schemes are administered by Help to Buy South, the government’s regional agent for these schemes.  Help to Buy South is operated by Radian Group, a large housing provider in the south and south west of England.  Click on the web address below for further information.
