If you require assistance or help in making a housing application, please use either call our Customer Services team on 0300 456 0104 or use our contact form (click to open new window). Please note that if you are seeking a quick answer to a question, particularly about a home presently being advertised, it is better to call us on 0300 456 0104.
Photocopies of supporting documents and information may be sent to Homes4Wiltshire, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire BA14 8JN. Please send photocopies and not original documents as the council will then have to return original documents. Alternatively, if you have access to a digital camera or scanning facilities, supporting documents may be emailed to homes4wiltshire@wiltshire.gov.uk.
At the present time, we are asking customers not to visit our offices, but if you wish to drop documents through a letterbox, you may do so at the following Wiltshire Council offices -

Serious housing problem or risk of homelessness?
If you are homeless or threatened with homelessness, Wiltshire Council's Housing Options Service based at its Chippenham, Salisbury and Trowbridge offices may be contacted as below. Housing Options staff can also give you information and advice on other housing options. Affordable housing should only be seen as one option and, given the high demand for affordable housing, alternative solutions may be required if you are at risk of losing your home or need a more immediate solution to your housing difficulties.
Please note that if you do not have a serious housing problem, Housing Options cannot help with routine Homes4Wiltshire matters. All enquiries about the Housing Register ought to be addressed by email to homes4wiltshire@wiltshire.gov.uk or by telephone to the Customer Services team on 0300 456 0104.
